The body does make them. But the body makes fewer as it goes. If you're healthy, you don't need to necessarily take vitamin C or the RDA of whatever. You're getting it in your diet or you're getting it from where you need it. I'm of the mind that peptides are incredibly powerful. They've seen, I've seen them do amazing things, but it's not the kind of thing that we should just be using willy nilly.
