The Importance of Reading Terms and Conditions

If you're going to go ahead and back with Bank of America, City Group, JPMorgan Chase or Wells Fargo, you need to read that disclosure agreement. There's a limit on how far those terms and conditions can do. You can't say to somebody, hey, we have the right to shoot you in the head and get away with it. That's absolutely out of the questions.
