Marvel was a publishing house that also had some licensing deals for toys. Mr. Pearl Mutter owns a toy business as a licensing deal with Marvel. He sees Marvel's going under and he's thinking, holy, you know what, I'm going to lose this opportunity to make these toys. After a two year bankruptcy, he succeeded in getting the judge in the case to accept his plan for the companygoing forward.
