i think the number one thing for me in vitality and energy is sleep. I don't care what suttlements i take. Nothing, nothing replaces a good night's sleep. We have to have sleep because we have to undergo repair of our mitochondria and actually of our brain during sleep. If you're not eating, your mitochondria are not bombarded with food stuffs to convert into energy. And there's now rules in medical schools about how long you can keep somebody up.
