Is There a Time?

Time doesn't exist at those ultra minute increments, right? If we go down to the quantum or some some really small increment of time, there is no time. But since our bran creates it, then to us there is time. At a larger scale, i have the analogy that i just thought of, is a movie. So at the scale of each photograph, there isno time. But at the movie level, there is time, cause you're running it at 60 frames per second. That's therefore, to me, there is and there isn't. And it's not contradictory. It's a matter of scale. Everything, everything good in life's a paradox, right
