The Power of Emotions in Relationships

i think as we notice our emotions, evalu whether they are helpful, ask what we can do, and try some things out, experiment a little bit, we can then see for ourselves what works for us and what doesn't. And i think that growing sense of confidence then allows us to more and more frequently track our emotions and modify them when we think that's going to be helpful. So so that sort ofit's not a recipe, but those are the, i think, steps that often are helpful oremoving people from a sense of being overwhelmed and disrupted and set back by tons.
