I think it's so interesting to see kind of even the insidious ways through support that those messages can still seep in. There was this guy on tic-tac ages ago who made a video about how he was a good guy because he didn't step out on his wife when she decided to heal from having a child. And that that makes me want to what if he's my car into him. Being aware of all of those things is so important. Keir Gaines has a ton of content on this. We could do a whole list of people that we love.
