Mamie, I think everybody needs to recognize their own physical sensations of anger. When I get incredibly angry, my head starts to feel as if it's going to explode. And also I get a prickle at the back of my neck. And that is telling me I'm starting to get really, really angry. Some people will know, well, you'll have a better understanding of some people than others. It happens with your brothers and your sisters, it happening with your partner, it happens with your relations.
