The Most Dramatic Change of the Conference This Year Was Not About the Elections

I don't think that you're going to see turnover at the Dicastery for bishops in a hurry. The most dramatic change of the conference this year was a total structural change of what the conference does. So on Monday they had a mass in the morning and then a kind of prayer session in the afternoon with these fraternal groups. They put every bishop in a room with like 10 guys and they gave them some topics for discussion. And the idea was because bishops aren't free to talk with each other in the context of the meeting, the public meeting, we're going to just have open my sessions about some of the things on the agenda.
