John Norman was serving out his sentence in the Cook County Jail. It was here where he met 22-year-old Philip Paskey, the man who would later go on to work for John Wayne Gacy. In 1976, Philip would be paroled, and when he got out of prison, his new job was running the newsletter for Norman while he remained in prison. Now we have two young men connected to John Norman's sex ring, who were murdered after they testified against them. Which means that they aren't above killing these boys to keep the operation running.
