The Importance of Self-Surveillance
All people wanted here is that they're actually being listened to for a change. And then usually they're quite happy to sort of accept that. This is going on with prospective private preceptors and prospective public preceptors. If we're not up to scratch, we won't be allowed to perform any more ordinations until such time as we put right whatever the criticism is. So I'm thinking this is going to be really good, this is really going to sort of open things up in a very positive kind of way just in the order.
