Can I Get a Work Permit or a Visa?
Vancouver is now pretty much the capital for especially visual effects and a lot of stuff right now. Canada has to have an agreement with another country in order for you to be eligible for work permits. There are certain occupations that are listed under the North American Free Trade Agreement. But in most cases, you need to have an employer who's able to be the basis for your work permit.
