Distilling can look different ways. But the simplest, which is the one that I teach the most, is simply highlighting. It's essentially just some kind of formatting that allows you to designate. These are points that are actually very important and these are not. That way, when you come back later, you can just jump right to the none of it rather than having to sort of reread the document.
