Lak would see it as best aly increasing people's apathy for everyone involved on both sides. I don't really find it hard to understand the perspective of dictators, but in this case, having that empiphet does not then make me inclined to agree at all. But ye, ye, he may well sit down with somebody from the administration. Which, yes, it's hard to imagine that being, like, what would it accomplish? What could it possibly accomplish? It'sHard to imagine it accomplishing something good, to be honest.
