ServiceNow and Medalia - The Challenges of ServiceNow

I want to explore a little bit some of the analogies between Snowflake and ServiceNow and maybe even Medalia. Data Domain was an incredibly good experience, much more analogous to Snowflake because it was a storage platform. And as no-till is getting big, I'm learning. I feel like maybe, you know, I've learned a few things and I'll be part of this journey for some distance forward.
