The Importance of Multi-Year Procurement for Munitions
I'm upset that as I talked to, you know, talk to others that it is. It is just a slog of artillery, just like World War One. We've got to do more of that and really think about the aspect of putting more money against munitions. When I was the Air Component Commandant for the F.I.S. campaign, it was dropping the joint direct attack munitions,. Not only us, but all of our allies and partners, there was a finite supply. That helps level of predictability for the service.
