i think one of my key start up lessons learned over the years has been, sell to things that have budgets. And i think that applies to even coming up with start up ideas and trying to figure out a business model. If you're selling into people with budgets, you don't really need to educate, cause they're totally bought in on solving that problem already. Ye, and education is hard and it's risky, cause you might educate somebody and lose, cause someone else comes way, and whence....
