The Westminster Confession of Faith

The Westminster Confession of Faith is the technical words that we use to interpret and frame our understanding of Scripture. It's still very important, even if you've only been a Presbyterian for 16 years like I have. In controversies of the Church, councils can err. But when a council airs, and we can demonstrate that it is aired in Scripture, the council is to repent and retract erroneous statements or comments. That's what we adhere to confess about the Scripture.
