The Importance of Functional Transition

I feel like there's a lot of well intention, but really bad teaching for functional programming out there. I think the trap is teaching the types first and then looking at type variables. What I found is that people who prefer to learn last are very happy with this technique. Because nobody gets lost in this technique if you do it right. And also just like shifting my mindset towards how can I coach other people to like not make the same mistakes I did when I was getting startedfunctional programming.
