CNN's John Sutter looks at the rise of extreme right-wing groups like the Boogaloo Boys and Oath Keepers. In 2020, they are planning to incite violence during protests in cities across the U.S. The group was formed as half a joke on 4chan, an online forum that had become a popular gathering place for the far right under President Donald Trump. Like the KKK once had, these extremists saw themselves in support of the government.
