Molly Jung: If your ideas are wildly popular, say something about them. In Texas refuses to adopt it and be the best thing for Texans. But if you look at the states who don't have Medicaid expansion, it's the Confederacy and Wisconsin. And what happens there is that these rural hospitals close and you have these healthcare deserts. This is to get a baby. It just felt like everything was kind of descending into chaos.
