The Effects of Quantitative Easing on Rental Inflation
A lot of people think it actually leads to rental inflation being undercounted. Even they with all the powers of analysis and statistics are unable to even capture the real complexity of not just the american economy but how that interacts with the global economy. They're using this massive blunt instrument of rate increases in order to have what they hope are the intended effects which they claim is like a cooling off of the economy. But i think we can see clearly that what it really is is punishment of the working class of the united states and elsewhere.
