How Do Regular Exercise Make Me Eat Better?

Adam, i find that regular exercise makes it much easier for me to hit my nutrition goals. When i am exercising regularly, i still eat pretty badly, but not as bad. Exercise is filling the pitsa and cookie shaped hole in my heart right now. The other reason i think exercise makes me eat better is because of all the well documented mood benefits associated with exercise. I really want to keep doing whatever i'm doing. Shifting gears is the hard part for me. Dan, i think i have a personality that trends very strongly toward homeo stasis. If i'm working hard, i just want to keep working hard.
