Meditation - How to Take the Consciousness Out of Its Conditioning

Every conditioning filters that perception. So if we came to the lecture feeling angry, we would hear everything through the anger. Same with any other conditioning factor, including the physical body. When the consciousness is liberated from its conditioning, it is perfectly serene, spontaneously, naturally, on its own. It's happy. It is joyful. It is loving. It has all of those virtues in it. In this sense we can say meditation is actually really easy. Release all those conditions. Recognize them, release them. And when the process is thorough, the Consciousness is liberated spontaneously, naturally,. automatically, by itself, without any effort, without any exertion.
