The Differences Between Online Gaming and Lottery
The notification that has been given up does not really differentiate between the different platforms. So you have gaming platforms which are supposed to be game of skill and not so much chance is clubbing together. In a lottery, we assume that everyone has equal chance in getting the rewards or that. But something like online gaming requires skill. Not everyone will have equal chance. There is a unique distinction that distinction has not been taken into consideration.
