Odessa is a great pearl in russian eyes, founded by catherine the great. And i think odessa has blessed been spared the fighting. Peace talks have not stalled but they are at a low level going on. We need to see how the situation in the dombas settles. The ukranians are in quite a bullish position. Ihave just returned from kiovan and there is a sense that they can get back pretty much all of the territory that was taken by the russians since the beginning of the invasion. So we have to be prepared, i think, for a conflict that will drag on for some time.
