How Should Manager's Skill Be Measured?

S how should manager's skill be measured? Well, as we say in the paper, if there's a pretty clear measuren called ggross alpa multiplied by size of fund. But that is it, fat, the measurement of skill, because that's what the manager makes. And so for that reason, the fees that they collect is going to be exactly equal to that value at it in equilibrium.
