Is Warren Buffett a Traditional Value Investor?

I want to use the computational powers and the, yeah, the computational powers of quant finance to better understand how however many stocks are in my universe. So I don't get into the actual weeds of the company and what it does, but I know how if I'm investing in that company, I know how my risk shifts or expected returns can vary given certain quantifiable factors. And here what I'm doing is not necessarily a traditional value investing as Warren Buffett famously does.
