The Importance of Constraints in Athletics
I'm fascinated in, to me you talk about the use of constraints. One of the ways that we're using constraints is to almost create a more playful learning experience. It's kind of, it's task-led or there are rules or there's a kind of something,. You know, there's something you're trying to achieve. I think it's really interesting to compare the difference of like you say the situations. And some kids hit this wall because they're so accustomed to using athleticism to solve problems rather than to use their cognitive skills as well.
