How to Harvest Water in a Single Storm Event
The average Calgarian in my city uses around 400 liters of water a day, which is roughly 100 gallons per person per day. If we use a kind of a rough number of about 25 cents per liter for a rainwater harvesting tank at 600,000 liters, we're talking about a $150,000 storage system. And again, this is that feedback mechanism that I think is so important to touch on. Everybody that's listening right now probably has thought about these, but they've never put it into words.
