I'm Going to Park City. I Love It Like Park City

A lot of people from Cali and New York that kind of flooded in here. They just wanted to flee their situation, which I would want to do the same thing. There's a guy I know personally who moved out there and he'd left a year later. He made like $2 million on his home when the market just went through the roof. The ranch is Montana, but they were getting tax credits. So, they were doing most of it up the line. It's so much for people that want that kind of more slow, quieter kind of vibe.
