Can a Soldier Be a Christian?
I was thinking about martyrology in that regard. I'm not going to be crucified in the same way as Christ because I'm not Christ. My sacrifice for the faith doesn't atone for sins. And this goes to back to Luther's point to Mlingthen, which everybody either falls into one of the opposite ditch and gets it wrong. He talks about whether a Christian or a soldier can be a Christian or not. Is that is war sinful? Yes.
