Apex CI was founded in 2017, a little over five years ago. It's based on an open-source software framework called ROS that can accelerate prototyping of robotic ideas by two days instead of weeks and years. The company then rewrote Ross into an automotive production software for the Tesla Autopilot system which took 10 years from prototype to product.
