Is Graviton a Processor?

Graviton are EC2 instances in AWS that use the graviton processor, which is an ARM64 based processor. The idea is if you're taking more complex things, like if else statements and things like that, how do you convert that into a simple binary set of instructions? And so there was this whole like argument for a long time of like how you should design processors before x86 became the standard.
