How do I control my hunger? How do you control your cravings? Why do people stop their diet when they're probably hungry and they stop their diet because of cravings Those are two things that are like distinctly different Being hungry might be that you're just kind of like underfed you might be pretty satisfied from the foods that you're eating but you're not eating quite enough. The things that can happen from not eatingquite enough are very very detrimental like they are They're disastrous.
