What Are Codependent Patterns?

Codependency is like living under water and you don't even know it. It's beastically living your life as an extension to some one else, thinking and believing but not knowing this. This manifests in relationship when you marry someone who is highly norsacistic. And i think that is just so sad, that some one can go their entire lifetime acquiescing people,. pleasing, subjugating their needs for the sake of others.
