When i starten my career in the really good executive board rooms, you can't really tell who the c f or is. Rather than demonstrate their wisdom, er, i think it's more applying that wisdom to benefit the wider organization. So we're just going through personal developments with igreat. Very small team at the minute, and there's only three members of it. We are recruiting more, and they'll arrive during the next two months. But an a, we've got, we do have amanagen. She's fantastic at putting some of the things in place that larger organizations haven't. And typically 90 % of looking at development, that then becomes an interesting conversation.
