CHAPTER

Is There a Role for Penalties in Drug War?

There's a role for prosecution of people who intentionally or negligently distribute inherently harmful stuff like if you sold alcohol, and it just contains some poison in it. So yeah, I see some role I mean it's a much bigger debate as to why that happens but I mean as a lot as you know when you're working in, in that side of it and forcing the laws. It puts people needlessly at risk harm's minorities. And there's problems with pre textual stops, you know, oh my god, he has a broken tail light or whatever we're going to stop him and searches car for drugs.
