Nathaniel: 70% of Americans say that they think conspiring to overturn the results of an election is a serious crime. That maybe gets a Trump's defense, which I think is three-pronged. First is in the court of public opinion, basically saying this is a witch hunt; then his two other defenses that we've seen previewed so far,. There may be others as well as one free speech. Nathaniel: How much each individual indictment will hurt Trump is less important than what will actually happen at the trial.
