I've actually found that not using the comment box and just using the page. It's actually more beneficial in some cases. I have a database for my team to chat with me. And so I have a team chat database, which automatically assigns who's talking,. But if you want to add images and texts and stuff like that, then no, the text, the actual page itself works far, far better.
