The Importance of Self Remembering
Self remembering is to tune in with a lot of conscious awareness to ourselves. It's not as much about each kind of emotion, although he had an exercise called anegram of emotions. He would help people see what were more mechanical emotions by b calling them negative and then observing all those coming up. For instance, for type seven, happiness may be a negative emotion, a conditioned emotion. But that doesn't mean you o repress it or go unconscious to it. You just don't act it out in the way that you normally might. By staying with it, it's like you learn a lot about what's going on there.
