The Lack of Dependency Understanding
It's all about dependency management and your understanding how engineering teams, or an engineer, or component is dependent on something else from somebody. I also think this goes to engineers, engineering leaders sometimes too, which is that they only want to have one way of work. And so sometimes small things do take longer to get done in in that model.
