If you're 100 pounds overweight, let's say that what you're 300 pounds and your goal is to be around, you want to lose 80 pounds or 100 pounds. So that's where like we can go into pounds, grams per pound of lean muscle mass. I think eating those grams of protein, I think will be fine. But again, just make adjustments as you go.
