I think there's a much longer stream before that stuff gets automated. I think the whole definition of companies and teams an up, is going to become much more fluid with so much liquidity in the workplace. You know, th it raises an interesting question, robert, is that this idea of people wanting the gig economy, but still wanting to feel, what some level, like they're part of a team? And i thinkthere's a dynamic there. If like, well, i want, i want the gig economy. I want the flexibility that comes with out, but i still want to feel like i'm a part of ateam. And so how do you navigate that? I
