The Importance of Remote Viewing

This episode of Jimmy Aiken's Mysterious World, we're talking about alien bases on the moon. In 1998, government psychic Ingo Swan published a book called Penetration,. The Question of Extraterrestrial and Human Telepathy. He described a series of remote viewing experiments he was hired to do by a secretive government organization. The experiment suggested an alien presence on the moon, and soon Swan even thought he encountered the aliens here on Earth.
