Glasses - A New Coating That Can Protect Your Vision
Scientists have developed a new way to prevent glasses fogging up. The coating is made from tiny particles of gold that are transparent to visible light. But they strongly absorb infrared light, otherwise known as heat. That has the effect of warming up the lens surface and preventing condensation forming in the first place.
