The Holy Spirit Is the Source and Giver of All Holiness
The church is the people of God that gathers in the whole world. She exists in local communities and is made real as a liturgical, above all, a eucharistic assembly. And so we now confess that it is he who has endowed the church with holiness. Last sentence of paragraph seven forty nine says the church is in a phrase used by the fathers, the place where the spirit flourishes.
