Is OpenAI a Solution Looking for a Problem?

I don't think this is a solution looking for a problem, even though that's exactly what it is. But I do think that it's going to open up like huge things. Microsoft struck a deal with them, I think, to use like the raw underlying algorithm. And then on top of that, you would have the clients now having bots. It's only just gotten started.
