I think excellent leaders, especially with someone like in my position who hasn't felt that, we're going to be better by hearing the stories and understanding what it's like for someone who is a one of. I mean, across the board, no matter who you are, what your background is, creating that environment of trust where people feel safe is important for any organization. We've come a long way in 20 years; can you stick up for the person? Can you step up and say, hey, that's really not appropriate or that's not okay? For a leader to set the culture to me, that's what's important. Like, what does a leader accept in a culture
