Engineering Managers - How Did It Change Your Life?

As an engineer, you have like one to two hours of meetings per week. But as a manager, you mostly spent your time in meetings. This drained me. And so i saw, okey, maybe i'm not the right person fo this job. They are dat indeed the right person, but i'm not because i don't get energize by it.
